So lets look at the program in a little more detail. We start with our Mastery Sessions to take the Business from Chaos to Control...

Session 1 - Mindset Mastery

During this session you’ll learn the formula for success and what it takes to have the business and lifestyle you desire. You’ll take control and set your sails for success.

Session 2 - Destination Mastery

If you don’t know where you’re going how are you going to get there. So you’ll invest this session getting clear on what you want out of life and what you want from your business. Then it’s time to get to work!

Session 3 - Leadership Mastery

You’ll learn how to enroll and inspire your team, how to delegate effectively and how to lead team meetings to get results.

Session 4 - Time Mastery

You will learn how to identify and focus on the important things that create results in your business so your time really counts. Plus you’ll create a Default Diary and ensure you have at least 5 hours a week set aside to implement the strategies you’ll learn on the program.

Session 5 - Financial Mastery

In this session you’ll learn how to read your profit and loss statements and balance sheet plus learn the key drivers of profit in your business.

Session 6 - Cashflow Mastery

Cashflow management is critical for every business. You’ll identify where the cash is sitting in your business and learn simple strategies to ensure that your business has strong cashflow.

Session 7 - Delivery Mastery

Learn how to create delivery systems which will ensure you deliver what you promise with your products and services. Plus you’ll learn the 9 steps to systemising your business so it can work without you.

Session 8 - Marketing Fundamentals

Session 9 - Creating a Niche

Niche marketing is where the profits are made. You’ll learn how to create and successfully establish points of difference for your business and how to market your business’s uniqueness.

Session 10 - Sales Made Simple

You’ll learn the different communication and personality styles to build instant rapport with your prospects. Plus refine your sales process and use the power of scripts to maximise your conversion rate. Selling has never been so simple.

Session 11 - Boosting Your Average Dollar Sale

You’ll learn how to practically implement simple strategies to boost your average dollar sale.

Session 12 - Building a Marketing Campaign

80% of marketing bombs. 20% works miracles. You’ll learn the 5 steps to building a successful marketing campaign to maximise the return on your marketing dollars.

Session 13 - Marketing Overhaul

In this session, you’ll bring in all of your marketing for an overhaul. You’ll learn how to critique each campaign and simple marketing secrets to ensure you maximise your return on investment.

Session 14 - Loyalty Strategies

It is 6-10 times more expensive to acquire a new customer than market to your existing ones. You’ll learn top strategies on how to get your customers coming back again and again (and telling their friends about you!)

How much do I need to invest in the program?

That’s an easy one, the total investment is $5970.00 including GST and $1495.00 including GST for additional attendees from the same business.

Are there payment plans available?

Yep we can do that! To assist with cashflow you can choose to pay the program off monthly at $1047 per month for 6 months and $265 per month for the additional attendees from the same business. One of our team can assist you with this.

When & Where are the sessions run?

You will have a choice of time spots available and locations throughout Melbourne. The team will be able to let you know the details for up coming programs.

What if I miss a session?

Easy that one - you will be able to make up the missed session with another group so you don’t need to stress if you’re going to be away or have urgent commitments.

Are there any Guarantees?

We’re so confident that you’ll achieve great results through participating in the Program so we make this promise to you… Attend 3 Group Sessions and if you don’t believe you’re getting value for money we’ll refund your investment in full. 

Can I network with other members?

Yes why not, it is amazing how much business is done between attendees in our programs.

Can I upgrade to 1-2-1 coaching during my Mastery Program?

Again this is very common and we have no challenge with this, if you have paid in full we will credit the difference to your coaching program.
