One thing to determine Huge Success ORDER HERE
If I asked you “what one thing determines your level of ultimate success”, what would your answer be?
Your Talent? Skills? A University Degree?
Is it possible that something else will define how far you go in life?
Could it be that the things that hold you back or constrain you, are a far more reliable indicator of your success than any skills or talent you may posess?
What do top performing sports people address to lift performance? Is it more practice, more training?
In most cases they identify their personal constraints and that is what makes the difference.
The same applies in business...
5 Laws of Personal Constraint Theory™
1. No company can rise above the constraints of its leadership
2. We all have personal constraints
3. Those who are unwilling to address their constraints are unfit for leadership
4. Our constraints are role specific
5. Those with the least constraints win
Address those personal constraints and you will most definately change your results, improve relationships and live a fuller more satisfied life.
What makes this assessment different?
Don’t settle for “basic” personality assessments when a tool like thisachieves the highest level of psychometric certification, through a PRE3 process:
• PRECISE: Enjoy the pinpoint accuracy of over 30 distinct attributes to capture what strengths to capitalise on and what holds you back from excelling even more!
• PREDICTIVE: Know ahead of time how you (and your people) will react to situations. Understand what makes people tick and why they do what they do.
• PRESCRIPTIVE: No generic personality groupings here. Instead, receive a custom action plan with target-specific, action-oriented coaching statements.
Here’s how it works...
1. Candidates data is compared to that of a ‘Total Performer’ (TP).
2. TP has been established from the behavioural characteristics of the highest performing executives from the most successful Fortune 500 companies.
3. Your data is then analysed and compared trait for trait with the ‘Total Performer’... those that have a close match are strengths, those furthest apart are assessed for constraint.
4. Work with your Coach to set in place your action plan to move you towards the ‘Total Performer’.
Why Flippen Profiles Work
For the first time, peek under the iceberg of your tendencies to understand your key psychological motivators, empowering yourself to get the most out of yourself and those around you.
It isn’t your strengths that are holding you back from succeeding in today’s fast-paced, competitive business climate... it’s your constraints. As Flip Flippen, founder of The Flippen Group, says, “No organization can rise above the constraints of its leadership.”
That organization could be your company, your team, or even your family. Companies are increasingly moving toward behavioral assessments in the hiring process. They want the best-qualified candidates for the position, and that means going beyond the résumé. Do you have what it takes to succeed in sales? What about moving into an executive position? Or starting your own company?
The Flippen Profile is an in-depth look at your behavioral profile that not only describes you, but offers a practical coaching plan that you can follow, measure, and use daily, seeing positive results almost immediately. Discover the areas that you need to work on to have the best chance at success. Go beyond the expected, and look deeper into the critical areas of your life that are limiting performance. If you don’t know, how can you grow?
The Profile and our Coaching is focused on one thing: bringing out the best in people individually and corporately. What would it be worth to you to identify the critical constraint that limits your performance and effectiveness? Is it worth thousands, maybe millions of dollars over your lifetime? By investing in yourself now, you can increase your effectiveness in any position.

Personal accomplishment is a critical issue in the life of anyone who wants to be the best that he or she can be. Most high performance theories do not address individual requirements, but rather apply the same set of standards to everyone. However, all people have a different starting place, and in order to achieve better performance, each individual must work on particular issues which are unique to them.
The Profile reveals ‘constraints’ that keep individuals from achieving optimum effectiveness and then develops a plan for overcoming those limitations. Personal Constraint Theory focuses on the idea that there are characteristics in every individual and organization that keeps them from operating optimally. If the constraint(s) can be identified, the individual or organization is then free to correct the behavior that is detrimental to performance. Not only does each of us have personal constraints; these constraints will always be played out within the relational system in which one works and lives.
The profile compares participants’ data on 36 personal traits to a predefined, statistically evaluated target. When used as an assessment tool by a single person, it can be very accurate in predicting behavior if the person is very self-aware of his own behaviour. By utilising the input of six other people, the participant can be greatly aided in identifying constraints that are not internally perceived. Therefore, this “360” report can produce results that are over 90% predictive of one’s behaviour. That everyone gets a ‘percentile’ score, low is not because it depends on a scale... both high and low scores have good points and weak points and that balance is what the plan will be constructed to ahieve. i.e. More detail about the scales, such as:
Anatomy of a Scale
- You get a percentile score.
- Low scores and high scores both have strengths and weaknesses.
- They are grouped intoSelf Concept, Work Ethic, Decision Making areas etc.
The report is then discussed with a certified consultant. With the help of the advisor, the participant will design a growth plan that is focused and measurable, thus effectively applying the results.
Situations that this helps with...
- How about if your candidate has a great first impression but crumbles when given work to complete, or has a low work ethic that can’t be picked up until they start working on a project...?
- What about when your candidate or team member seems friendly enough, but never keeps in touch with contacts that you know you’re losing valuable business because of...?
- Have you ever seen a new person come into the team and the productivity and spirit of the team just seems to go flat?
The profile has a wide variety of applications:
Enhanced personal performance – Through an in-depth study of personal constraints, one can learn which of his behaviors are hinderances to career and life performance. Improvement will rarely happen without the accountability of a small group or personal coach.
Organizational consulting – A leader of business can better utilize his people if he understands the behavioral patterns that are at work within each of them. Excellent results can be observed within staff as the leader seeks to impact each employee’s constraints. Each staff member is unique and must be led as such in order to insure organizational excellence.
Sports performance – Sports performance is a mix of physical ability and mental readiness. An athlete cannot perform at his best until he has dealt with the behavioral constraints that negate his capabilities on the field or court. In team sports, one teammate with unresolved personal issues can disrupt the entire organizational effort.
Selection – While no personal profile should be used as a criteria for hiring, a constraint profile can give insight into the habits that one will bring into a work situation. By profiling current staff or selection committee, one can also better understand the constraints that are currently imbedded within an organization which will have to be addressed by a new hire.
